I have worked with Sentral Services for nearly two years. I have been impressed and pleased with their level of service since day 1. Unlike other janitorial providers I have worked with in the past, Sentral leadership and their direct reports are responsive and engaged. Their service level employees are dedicated to doing a good job and have pride in their work. I want to share that as a Director of Property Management for many years there are several divisions that are difficult to make changes in. One of them is hiring a new janitorial service. Especially for a campus of six buildings and a staff that has been onsite for many years. We made the decision to hire Sentral Services, effective January 1, 2021 and they are unbelievable. I have been in property management for almost 30 years and I have never experienced the transition like this one. Yes to all the above! Sentral Services is an outstanding company who provides incredible service to their clients. They are extremely responsive and their supervisors are always involved and coordinating your project and their work! Simply put, they made the turnover process for my project worry free and the quality of their work insured that the results of their work was awesome, completed on schedule, and done right the first time. I highly recommend them!
