Although service was nice when I got my eye exam, I waited over a month for a call about when I was going to be able to pick up my glasses but they never called. When I finally decided enough was enough and visit the office again the kind man told me that the people who “took care” of us over a month ago never put the order in. So basically we’re down 70 dollars with no glasses.
The staff are pleasant, but it is often difficult to get ahold of them by phone. Prepare for long hold times with unpleasant elevator music. Doctor works for five locations and they seem short-staffed, with difficulty communicating between locations. It took me over six months to get my contacts. I do not recommend this company.
