That is just a bold-faced lie Sir. I talked to Matt all the time and mentioned the issues that I had at the time of installation. Nothing was done. The initial work order had something to the affect of move unit 2 feet to the right to accommodate the 4-inch box filter that I wanted installed because we had pets. I changed the location of where you wanted to put it so as to facilitate the drain from the unit, the running of which looks like crap (see picture) Why would I need a maintenance plan... read full review

I hired Hagerstown heating and cooling to do my job and they turned out to be the worst ever. They came to my house, damaged my equipment, and refused to take responsibility for it. Instead, they demanded over a thousand dollars to fix the damage. Additionally, I had signed up for their maintenance service, but they never showed up as promised. The company is dishonest, and the staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the service and the lack of customer care. I strongly advise against hiring them for any job, as you'll likely regret it.

Removed the old systems and installed a new heating and cooling system including new ductwork. Very professional and great to do business with. Matt McDaniel is an expert in assisting with energy rebates!
