The skill and workman ship of the installation team was nothing but exceptional. Each team member brought their own skill level, personality and outstanding customer service. This made the installation of my new furnace a memorable experience. Cumberland Valley Heating and Air will continue to my "go to" H&AC company.
On Sunday 8/4/2024 I call and spoke with a very nice lady at the answering service. She took my info and relayed it to the on call Tech. A short time later Mr. Hamil called back and spoke with about the problem. He said he would respond and he was here in less that 1 hour. Very pleasant man who answered all my questions and showed me what he was doing. I like to watch and learn. It was a very easy fix and less that 1/2 hour later he was done with the A/C working great. I will use them again if needed and hope that Mr Hamil will be the Tech they send.
We had a heat pump system added to two rooms on our second floor it consisted of a floor unit and a wall unit. Work was completed in a day. The installers were very thorough and considerate. They even vacuumed the stairs when they were done. The company was responsive to an issue with the system following installation and the problem was resolved satisfactorily.
