I have been going to Byrd Dental for over 4 yrs and everyone is so very friendly and professional. I also really appreciate the very timely manner of being seen at my appointment time. Very pleased and highly recommend this dental practice.

My family has been going there for awhile, and I called yesterday and gave them my insurance information. The receptionist, Julie, was threatening to cancel the appointments if we didn’t provide insurance. But, even after giving them the insurance information yesterday, where I read off the insurance details to another receptionist Julie still gave my wife a hard time today. The dentist is great, but this receptionist is not good. And she had my wife write my SSN down on a sticky note. Reading through these comments with 1 stars, it might be the same receptionist?

The staff is awesome ?. The office and restroom are very clean. I absolutely love going to the dentist now. Dr.s Byrd and Khan are the best. They speak to you with respect and they explain what they are going to do in simple words. I hadn't been to a dentist office in 30 years because I had such a bad experience, but after seeing Dr. Byrd I'm no longer afraid of the dentist.
