Marvin helped me with nutrition coaching. I've slowly increased in weight over the last 10 years. With Marvin we created a sequence of diet changes that have helped me lose 2 inches around my waist in 3 months, and I am continuing to lose. These changes seem sustainable, each one is fairly small, and it doesn't require a meal preparation or delivery service (thus saving $). The changes were made at my pace, and Marvin was receptive to my preferences. Weekly check-ins helped keep me accountable.

It has been great working with Marvin. I started working with Marvin back in May of 2024, since then I have been able to drop 50 lbs. Its December 2024 as of the review. Marvin has helped with tailoring my daily nutrition goals, provided great workouts (that are not stale and he can tailor the workouts based on your ability to do them or if you are simply traveling and have less/different equipment then usual), and he is always available to help with questions/guidance/motivation. Would defiantly recommend anyone to reach out for in person or virtual training. I promise you’ll be happy you did.

I can't say enough good things about Marvin! As a 65-year-old looking to stay fit, I was a bit apprehensive about continuing my fitness journey with a personal trainer, but Marvin has completely changed that. He truly is a gentle giant—his approach is attentive and supportive, yet you can tell he means business when it comes to your results. What I appreciate most is his professionalism.
