They patiently worked with me to increase my core strength, improve my posture and develop good lifting technique. It will never be perfect because the underlying problem is still there, but I am able to carry 30 pounds of granddaughter, crawl on the floor with a 9 month old, and garden for 10 hours over 2 days. “I would give Annapolis Physical Therapy 10 stars if I could! I started PT (in January and went through until June) with neck and shoulder pain it was so unbearable i could hardly move my neck at all. When I called for an appointment "Debbie" who scheduled my appointment was so compassionate and understanding and worked with me each month to schedule all my appointments getting me the times that worked best for me, she was just great and each time greeted all the clients with a smile. My 2 main therapist were WHITNEY AND MAKAYLA, I don't think i can say enough good things about both of these therapist. each time i went they worked with me and really listened to how i was feeling and what routines were best for me each time. They also have other assistants that helped out so I was never left without someone helping out in any way was needed. i just received the VERY BEST care there i could have ever hoped for, AND i FEEL 100% BETTER THANKS TO ALL OF THEM! “I love love love this place. Starvos is a very very good physical therapist. You can almost guarantee at all times that you would get him working with you from start to finish. He listens to you he's very knowledgeable in helping you with your range of motion in your joints for me he was very motivating and helping me with my pain. When I felt depressed thinking I'm never going to b better or the same again. He show u how wit consistency and dedication that if you don't be back 100%, but you can damn near be close enough and you can find other ways to strengthening your body so that you feel worthy again it's not just a physical thing it's also an emotional a mindset that you have to be in.. and only you .I'm speaking from my own experience.Allowing depression. Whoa it's me moments I had at first could be the one to hold yourself back your body can do what you will it do if you work at it and work hard. Starvos also allowed me to continue with my workouts there after my time was up and when he's not overrun with clients and patience of course I have to come . when it's very slow. “I had a appointment at this establishment this week & it was a great experience. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly lady at the front. I'm not sure her name but she was really sweet & made check-in easy. The tech that helped me was so nice & easy to talk to. Her name was Emily & she was great during the casting process. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. The staff at check out were very warm as well. My daughter did great during the whole experience & the staff were loving her & her new cast.“
