This was our 3rd treatment this year after renewing service again after skipping treatment program last year. Was not satisfied at all with the first two treatments, wasn’t actually home for the first but still had mosquitos everywhere. Watched the 2nd treatment through windows which was done much faster than previous years, no attention to problem areas and no drop in tablets to bird baths, water fountains etc that were always left prior years. Then the third visit which was done by Thomas S on 8/2 was very thorough. I absolutely love Mosquito Joe. Their customer service is impeccable. It is what led me to choose them as our provider. Josh was my first tech and by far my favorite. He serviced us again today. He is consistent and knowledgeable and I wish he could service us every time. Excited to continue my relationship with this company and plan to use them for years to come. This has totally changed the way we enjoy our yard!
We are very happy with our service to date.
We had a rocky start with a tech that was in my opinion was not working to standard.
I did request a different tech and Charlie is the best very conscientious and knows his craft well.
