Where do I start? Not only was Bill and his team able to find my soon to be ex-husband but they located him in less than a week. I was searching for 4 years. I also hired another company prior to with no resolution. But if you need any investigation handle ECI is the best option. I highly highly recommend.Thanks again for everything.

Let me just say, don’t underestimate these guys!!! After I hired them and started the process once I made the payment I began to get nervous. I had been trying to have this person served for over a year with no success and the fact that they would only make two attempts definitely didn’t help. But when I tell you Bill told me not to worry they would get him, he was not lying. Within two days he was served. This guy’s are the Best so if you need a Private Process Server, Investigator,Surveillance etc., East Coast Investigations is definitely who you should be calling because they will get the job done!!!

I was not satisfied at all with this company. I was looking for information about a certain woman committing welfare fraud. The person I spoke to was professional, and discussed the fees up front. I was charged up front for 2 hours of his time. About an hour later he calls and says he can find no criminal record on her. The problem was I didn't need her criminal record. I needed welfare and eviction records and whether she had made accusations of abuse. He made no further attempt to search for the information even when I gave him paperwork on at least 1 eviction and 3 prior addresses in different states and an alias she uses. I am giving 3 stars because he never once lied, it's just my opinion he could have done more.Edit for ECI: I have now changed the rating to 1 stars because you now have lied in your response to me.
