Edit: I had to send one of my cats to the big cat tree in the sky today and the staff were truly so helpful, compassionate, and informative. Everyone there is truly so kind and I am so grateful that my baby spent her last moments surrounded by love.

I truly have to thank this clinic and their staff from the bottom of my heart. They squeezed me in for an emergency visit day of despite being fully booked. I came in with my cat a sleep deprived crying wired mess and left feeling so much better. The prices were very affordable for a student like me and everyone was so kind. I don't care that it's a 30+ minute drive away, this is my new clinic. If I had the money to pay them full price I would because they're good people.

I take all my dogs and cats here. Absolute best vet around. They are very honest and caring. They have had to put down two of my pets in the past and showed so much compassion.
    I highly recommend them.

Edit: 10/23/25: I finally received answers and results. It seemed to be a pathology issue. Incomplete reports to start off. It's only because of Jillian that I'm giving more stars at this current time. A discounted visit would ellicite more stars πŸ˜‰

Please recognize Jillian, a stellar employee who works the front desk and assists in the back. Her demeanor is always a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. She is compassionate, highly attentive, and clearly knowledgeable and skilled in animal care. Jillian is the kind of employee ever⁷y vet's office needs; she has such a positive impact, and it's clear she loves her job. Having someone of her caliber at the front desk on every shift would make the entire operation seamless. The only downside is those are some tough shoes to fill.

    Original review, 10/21/25:
I am writing regarding my dog, Shadow, who underwent a scheduled dew claw removal and mass biopsy on September ⁷25, 2025. While the staff on the day of surgery were kind and caring, the post-operative care and communication have been severely lacking, leading to significant frustration and disappointment.
    My concerns are two-fold:
    * Inadequate Post-Surgical Instructions: After paying a $1300 cash fee, I was given only medication details, with no clear written instructions for wound care or bandaging. Despite multiple calls, I could never connect with staff who could provide this critical information. It is incredibly aggravating that I was forced to rely on external online resources (YouTube) to figure out how to care for a surgical wound on my dog.
    * Failure to Communicate Biopsy Results: For a considerable time now, I have bΓΊeen trying to obtain the results of the mass biopsy. I have been repeatedly promised return calls that never materialize, leaving me without a clear answer on my dog's diagnosis or even a coherent explanation as to why the results are unavailable.
This lack of follow-up after a major surgery is unacceptable and feels like a severe breakdown in care following payment.
I require immediate action on two fronts:
    * The specific biopsy results, or a definitive call from the veterinarian today to explain the status.

I started bringing my pets here a few years ago based on a recommendation. The care was average and the experience inconsistent based on provider. Recently I picked up my pet's remains from there, and there was no words or acknowledgement for my loss. I was in a line of 3-4 other people. Given the circumstances and that I had been going there for the past 4 years,
I was expecting some kind words but the young staff member walked in the clinic following lunch or an errand. Then, she handed me his remains with no words. It was already stressful but I had other cold and detached interactions with the veterinarians in the practice as well.
I would not recommend this practice.

This vet came recommended to me from a friend and I can’t say enough great things about it! The pricing is fair and the staff are so friendly. I just got my cat spayed there and they were very informative and made me feel at ease knowing she was in good hands. As a first time pet owner, I highly recommend this place and Dr. Alexander! She’s the best.

Won't take my fur babies anywhere else! It's always easy to get an appointment and the whole staff do an amazing job of taking care of us whether it's just a check up or something serious. Thank you for all you do for us and the community ❀️

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Jones. I took my senior dog in to have her toe evaluated as one day it suddenly looked like her toe exploded. She harshly judged me immediately and made me feel like less of a person for weeks thinking I allowed an injury like this to happen. We soon learned my senior dog had cancer and a mass is what exploded out of her toe, a mass that could not be detected until it presented itself. Surgery, $$$$, months of recovery, no apology for the harsh judgement. My old girl declined from there, my husband was deployed in Iraq. We would soon learn my girl also had pancreatitis. In trying to make her comfortable she was treated for hip pain when in fact she was suffering from pancreatitis. She was very sick pacing for hours upon hours unable to get comfortable for days, I called multiple times asking if they thought it was time to put her down or some sort of guidance as I felt it was her time. Many times I received no call back or guidance on what we should do from here. If I did get a call back it was to add more meds to her regime. I ended up having to call lap of love to come to my home who agreed with me that it was time to let her go.
I spent the last 3 months of my 14 year old dogs life while my husband was in Iraq shoving pills down her throat because the vet said it would work. The 5 months prior to that we were fighting to get her wound healed after surgery.

This experience traumatized me in an extremely vulnerable time. If you choose this business as your pets provider I would only see Dr. Alexander.

I will note once Dr. Jones realized I was actually a loving dog owner she was kind. However, my dog still was not treated properly in my eyes and I should have never had to call another vet after my dog had been in constant weekly/monthly care for nearly a year at their office.
