I can’t describe how amazing this vet practice is. They have been my vet for over 10 yrs. The vets have changed since I started with this practice but the staff at LSAH has always been the best. The office manager, the front desk staff, and the techs. All amazing. So much so, that I stayed because of them. And the recent addition of Dr Walston has made me a forever customer. One of my dogs was very reactive and it would have been easy to label him difficult and annoying. But Dr. Walston approached him with such calmness and understanding, and the staff treated us with such kindness to make sure he got the care he needed with as little stress as possible. I trust them wholeheartedly with my pets.

Everyone here is great! I have been bringing my puppy to Dr.Walston since he was 9 weeks old. His team treats Oakley like he is their own. The day after his neuter surgery, they called to check on him. That meant so much to me! I would recommend Little Seneca Animal Hospital to anyone who needs an awesome and caring veterinary team.

Little Seneca Anima Hospital is the BEST!! We have been clients for over 35 years, with 5 dogs and have never been disappointed. The professionalism of the staff is second to none. They are compassionate and empathetic while delivering quality care. Dr Walston and the staff explain complicated medical issues in terms a non medical client can understand, and are always patient and thorough when answering questions. Dr Walston is kind and able to make our sweet dog , Mya comfortable in an uncomfortable environment. He approaches Mya in a calm and friendly manner, and his exams are thorough. He addresses all questions with confidence and clarity. We trust Dr Walston and his medical staff one hundred percent and would highly recommend this practice to everyone looking for a high quality, compassionate veterinary practice in the Germantown area!!

I brought my dog to this veterinary clinic for three years. Unfortunately, since the previous vet retired, the quality of care has noticeably declined. The new veterinarian appears uncomfortable around dogs and does not seem to handle them with confidence or compassion. What once felt like a trustworthy and caring practice now feels more focused on profit than pets.
If your dog is healthy and easygoing, you might still receive decent treatment. However, if your dog has any health or behavioral challenges, be prepared for a lack of empathy and support. The new management does not uphold the same standard of care.
*Update* I used to think I was receiving good care at this vet, but after recently switching to a new veterinary clinic, I realized the service here was actually quite basic. The level of support, communication, and genuine care I’m now receiving makes it clear how much was lacking at this practice.
What’s even more disappointing is that the new vet provides significantly better care—and at a much more affordable price. It’s frustrating to look back and realize I was overpaying for subpar service.
I’ve lowered my rating because I no longer believe this clinic offers the quality or value pet owners should expect. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone looking for attentive, informative, and compassionate care.

Great vet practice! LSAH staff are so patient and caring with my elderly chihuahua. It gives me a peace of mind knowing my baby is getting great care during this stage of her life. Definitely recommend.

All of the staff and Veterinarians at Little Seneca show our loved ones (our pets) great care, concern, and involvement in their health needs. The staff listens carefully to any issues so they understand what is going on. They clearly communicate the services they provide, and caringly follow-up to ensure all is well or if further attention is needed. The whole staff goes the extra miles to be available for caregiving. My family and I trust, respect, and appreciate everyone at Little Seneca, they are top-notch!! Thank you!

A friend of ours told us about Little Seneca Animal Hospital in 2006. Almost 20 years later we can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! Every single person there is so genuinely empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. Lindsay, who is now the practice manager, has knowledge, expertise, compassion and dedication to her profession like no other. She has been instrumental over the years in each of our pups’ care in a million ways that we can’t fit in this review, starting with coming in early or staying late to help with our pup to checking on us during off hours. And of course first Dr. Levora, and now Dr. Walston. We value and appreciate their thoughtfulness, candor, counsel and advocacy. Without those things it’s really hard to navigate medical issues, especially more series ones, and knowing we can always trust that they’ll lay out everything from best case to worst case scenario gives us the ability to make informed decisions. Everyone on staff is dedicated to their craft and keeps up with the best new practices and advancements in veterinary medicine. They do so many things to go above and beyond for you: they have on more then one occasion stayed late for us, always fit us in as soon as possible, discuss cases over the phone and email no matter how many countless questions we ask, listen to every single concern and put us at ease each step of the way, and perhaps most important to us is that they make every effort, allowance and accommodation completely going out of their way for our extremely fear reactive pups, again going out of their way in every way that most other practices do not. From routine exams and vaccinations to mystery respiratory illnesses, torn cruciate ligaments, multiple types of cancer, end of life care and countless other things, they’re been by our side through it all with us. Most recently, our pup was diagnosed with a cancer that may not have been caught had it not been for Dr. Walston’s diligent vigilance when he sent out a sample for analysis out of an abundance of caution. That pathology result led us down a complicated journey that resulted in a leg amputation which cured our pup’s cancer! Not only was Dr. Walston responsible for catching the cancer early enough to save our pup, but then recommended a specialist who he worked closely with, all while continuing to counsel us and advocate for us every step of the way. He then was able to schedule an amazing board certified surgeon (just one example of the of their relationships with specialists in the area) to come perform this life saving surgery at Little Seneca. We feel most comfortable at the clinic so being able to have this life altering procedure done in a familiar setting with people who know and genuinely care about our pup made a tremendous difference. We know that our experiences at Little Seneca are very rare these days in the veterinary landscape, and we are eternally grateful for them. There simply aren't enough words (nor can this review be long enough) to convey all of our many experiences or express how thankful we are for all the incredible care we’ve received over these years!
