This was my first time to a vet that I felt actually cared for my dog. I've never felt so comfortable and cared for at a vet. This clinic took my dog in like it was their own and went over and beyond to make sure she lived. I am still in shock and disbelief of Dr. Anderson and his Beautiful Caring wife Nicole. I am so Appreciative for all your help and Care in taking care of Bo. I Normally don't feel comfortable leaving Bo with Anyone but I felt more than comfortable leaving her here. Thank You So So So Much for Saving Bo. Thank You So Much for Saving Me. ?
I’ve been taking my cat here for 3 years and they have been nothing but excellent. The ladies at the front desk, Becca and Kati, have always been extremely personable and friendly. Their veterinary nurse, Heather, is always super friendly and was very informative and thoughtful in explaining any issues my cat had, especially when it involved his asthma. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Willens are the best vets I’ve brought an animal to and I wish I was able to continue bringing him to them. This will always be the place I recommend to anyone in the area and I wish I could leave a rating higher than 5 stars. So thankful for how these people have treated me and Teach.
Waugh Chapel Animal Hospital has consistently provided outstanding care for my pets. From routine checkups to more complex treatments, every visit is handled with professionalism, compassion, and expertise.
Dr. Anderson is incredible — thorough, kind, and truly invested in the well-being of every animal he sees. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. The rest of the staff are just as attentive, welcoming, and supportive.
