I've been traveling for many years and the one part of it I do look forward to is visiting Jiu Jitsu gyms, I see it as an extended family. Not all gyms are as welcoming as others but Noel and his family are great. They were very welcoming, the gym was very clean and spacious, and Noel provided excellent technical instruction mixed with some of the traditional dojo respect you see at Judo or Karate which was nice, and Noel was also an all around nice guy to chat with and very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality and I highly recommend The Foundry if you live in the area or if you're a visitor like me.
