The massage therapist I 've booked at this venue is very good. But its management never delivered on its promises regarding my dealings with my original member clinic. And neither that clinic's management never nor the company wrote me about the sudden closing of that clinic or about what my membership options were thereafter. Additionally, getting appointments has been hit or miss when you have a popular therapist and the prices keep rising to a point where it isn't worth the hassle!

Brittaney gives the best massage! I give 3 stars simply because the tranquility room isn’t really tranquil. Before covid, warm tea was given, the fireplace was turned on & a TV with beautiful scenery was on. So they say because of covid, they turn off the TV, turn off the fireplace & don’t even offer water to the guests. Our monthly payments have increased, you would think they would treat the regulars well. I’ve been coming to see Brittaney for years. When you paid for extra aromatherapy lotions, in the past they gave you the container, now they don’t give you the container. I feel cheated.

Amy and Nikki were amazing. I highly recommend them. Amy gave the best message . she was extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable. And Nikki was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely going back
