Kerry was great to work with! She was able to meet me on the same day as my initial call to her. Within a couple days my listing was live! Kerry is very professional and stayed on task throughout the selling process by keeping in touch with the buyer's agent and me which kept the sale smoothly moving forward. When I'm ready to purchase another property in or around OCMD, I will definitely be using Kerry.
Kerry was ready when we called her to ask about seeing a house we found. We were in from out of state and we found a house while driving around and we wanted to see inside. We called her and she came out and showed us the house. It turned out not to be a good fit for us. We left thinking our search was over but she didn’t stop looking and the next morning she found us another home to look at. This one seemed to be the one. We proceeded with our offer and things progressed. Unfortunately the house had too many issues noticed by the inspector. Kerry was right on writing a strong proposal for getting the work done right. Since I lived in GA, I needed someone who was knowledgeable of the south Delaware area where I wanted to live. Kerry guided me in the right direction and I purchased a new home in the Millsboro area.
