We hired Kerry as our buyer/broker and she did an amazing job. She found the type of homes we were interested in, spending hours with us showing them to us. And when we found one to put a contract on, Kerry suggested preforming a home inspection. Which turned out the house had a lot of things wrong with it. We ended up walking away from that one, as well as another house that needed to much work. Through it all Kerry was with us every step of the way offering encouragement and showing us several options until we found the one we purchased. We highly recommend Kerry Roth.

Kerry is really detailed oriented and timely with paperwork. Great with negotiations and looking out for the seller and buyers’ best interest. Kerry also has a VERY strong network of professionals. We used several of these to get our house ready to put on the market as well as with our move and we’re so happy with all of them. Thank you Kerry!!!
