I love Grace ... there can be a little bit of a language barrier. Honestly, reading some of these reviews made me laugh .One: threading is a better option for thicker longer hair ... why get offended by her advice ?If she can't do it she declines or gives an option. Wax won't pick up hair of certain lengths .Two: Grace, don't put up with nothing . Y'all are saying how you won't go back , but it seems to me she kicked Y'all out lol she is just very blunt and straightforward tells you exactly how she feels.SO inconclusion you need tough skin !!But honestly she has always done my eyebrows the best ! I've been a lot of places and it doesn't compare she takes her time...read full review

She is always so happy & helpful. As a Male, I will only go here in the entire county to get my eyebrows done. I've been going to her for years, since she was at LakeForest Mall.
