An older client recently needed an urgent repair under some complicated circumstances. She had no heat during the coldest days of the year thus far. After getting estimates from two other companies that were wildly different and didn't seem to make sense or be fully trustworthy, Ken Tucker made a visit. He took the time to properly evaluate the situation, submitted an estimate that made sense and showed that he fully understood the requirements involved.
