I have nothing negative to say. Communication was via text and email which I loved. As someone who works in business management I instantly ran there labor rates in comparison to median market value and they were in line. Scored well with the BBB, and had positive review's amongst my neighbors and peers. They communicated very well on the day of service providing me with more than enough time to properly prepare for their arrival. I paid for a garbage disposal replacement but since they were not able to complete the repair, they charged only a diagnostic fee and refunded the rest. Their front were responsive and responded with a detailed written estimate after they made an on-site inspection. They offered competitive pricing, and arrived ON-TIME to do the work! I will recommend them to friends and family for their plumbing needs.
When I first called the company, Lisa answered and was super helpful. She got me scheduled for the next day. She was friendly, patient, and reassuring. Sean was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. As someone who has dealt with a multitude of contractors, these are rare traits. He assessed the problem quickly and went above and beyond to fix it all at a reasonable price for next day service. I will definitely use Walker & Son's Plumbing again and recommend them to others for quality service.
