I had not been able to get my tires to balance well, and went looking on the Hunter site for shops that use the Hunter Elite balancer. Tire Pros got good reviews and were close by.My problem is that my brake calipers don't allow wheel weights in the usual location, so most shops give up. I messaged TirePros with my issue, they got back to me promptly, we discussed the problem, and set an appointment.The tech at TirePros knew how to adjust the machine to place the weights near the inside, and my ride home was super smooth at last!Everything about the appointment went smoothly. Tire Pros was quick to get me in to perform a MD state inspection and did a great job while I waited an hour or so. Everyone else I called had a long wait and other shops gave me the feeling they didn't really want to perform an inspection.Because of how they handled the inspection, I brought in my other car for a clutch replacement and some fluid changes that I had been putting off. Nathan and team there were very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great communication which gave me a fair amount of confidence in their work.
