We have been customers of No-Frost since 1990. Of course our "AC" stop working on one of the hottest weeks in July. I contacted Eileen @ No-Frost she had someone out immediately and diagnosed the coil as the broken part. She ordered the part and when it arrived and unboxed it was noticed that the coil had been damaged from the factory. Needless to say we were going nuts, especially with a new born in the house. Eileen & Chad made numerous calls for us and were able to get us a new unit at a reduce cost. We could not go another day in this heat and wait for parts again. How many businesses do you know that are single minndedly focused on delighting itheir clients ? I know very few!! No-Frost A/C and Heating is one of them.
Family owned, they are fully focused on their customers. Chad who owns the business and his team are competent, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile! Carey and Eileen, who are the customer awesome. On a recent issue, Carey went out of her way to follow up with the supplier and us (following up with the parts supplier and keeping us posted) in the midst of a breakdown on an exceptionally HOT week. ?

Called at 6:30am after my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. They arrived at 11am and immediately fixed the issue with a part they had in the service van (capacitor). I've used them multiple times over the years and always satisfied.
