The staff at Massage Envy has been so kind and helpful when navigating my monthly subscription and when scheduling! Their app also really helps with scheduling too!
We had a snow day, many people was flexible due to inclement weather, when I called to ask for flexibility the front desk lady said they would have to charge 100% of the service and they offered no other options. I was able to make it and the aesthetician was lovely, hence the two stars; but I am never going back to this place.
