ChemDry arrived on time and the two employees were so personable and polite. We reviewed the job together and then they got to work. The pricing was clear and the carpet dried quickly. Highly recommend especially if you have kids or pet pets as they use safe cleaning products.
Just used Chem-Dry of Ellicott City for the second time. On this visit, all carpets in my home were cleaned then treated with carpet protectant. As with the first time, the service was exceptional from start to finish. All personnel were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When we are ready for future service I will call on Chem-Dry of Ellicott City again!
We had a pleasant experience with Ron and his team this past spring after purchasing our home. Ron was quick to reply to our online inquiry about cleaning the carpet and wood flooring. He provided an accurate quote based on our square footage of carpet and wood, as well as additional treatment for previous pet concerns. He included all of the current spring specials, which provided a great savings. The turn around time was awesome, which allowed us to move into our new home promptly.
