This could be a really lengthy post. I wish to convey our families sincere appreciation, for the care provided during our Moms illness with cancer. We got Synergys help in early summer 2021. They provided kind loving care to our Mother until her passing in August of 2022. Mom's primary care giver, who was with Mom 6 hours 5 days a week genuinely cared for My Mom, thank you Melanie. Her weekend providers Amma, Ashleigh Carla were each wonderful and we knew they cared for us and our Mom. Karen and Jennifer were both such great advocates and advisors. Synergy Homecare has been a tremendous help to my family twice.My husband passed from ALS and Synergy provided the special care required to take care of him. This included showering in a wheel chair, feeding, the use of a Hoyer Lift, and technique with dressing in the confine of a hospital bed. The most important memory I have was the bonding and trust my husband had with our synergy caretaker Christy.The second experience I had with Synergy was with my 93 year old mother, and it was during COVID times. Synergy Annapolis was able to help me with my mother's care when she was released from rehab. My mother received great support from the caregivers and was treated with respect and compassion. Synergy was also able to step in with support when other agencies called out at the last minute. I had a great experience with Synergy Annapolis and would strongly recommend them!
