They were completely rude and condescending. I will NEVER go back here. I also felt like they didn’t take the time to do a careful body scan. I felt rushed and they completely were rude about my skin condition. I actually heard two of the techs talking and laughing about something we discussed in the room that should have stayed confidential. I felt completely embarrassed and disgusted. I have never been treated so poorly in any type of doctor’s office . They are extremely unprofessional and it did not feel like I even had a true body scan.

I've had several great experiences at this location getting laser hair removal done here. Laura does a great job with the laser itself, but also does a fantastic job in creating a comfortable and safe environment, which helps to improve the results of laser, if you're a little flinchy like me.
I mostly just interact with her and the receptionists, but I can vouch that they create a lgbtq friendly environment for me.
Really, I can't recommend this location enough for laser hair removal
