From the moment he walked in the front door, Jay was professional, friendly, and clearly there to do a good job. He analyze the situation quickly, and delivered some pretty disappointing news in a way that made me feel better about having received it. He was obviously organized and extremely capable of doing what needed to be done to solve the problem.
