My mother has been a patient here for years. My husband and I switched about a year ago along with my sister and my niece. Let me tell you our ENTIRE family is treated with the utmost compassion. I cannot recommend this practice enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made an appointment due to being sick (congestion, headache,etc). I show up to the office and had to call to be let in. I sit in the waiting room and the lady who let me in the office asks me about my symptoms and takes my temperature, which was normal. Another lady comes around the corner and escorts me out of the building stating that I will be seen OUTSIDE on a bench. She tells me to have a seat on the bench and someone will be with me. A PA-C comes out and examines me OUTSIDE, while asking questions about my symptoms. She gives me a COVID test and has me wait in my car. After about 10 minutes Susan along with this PA-C come out of the office and come over to the car. Since I was in the car with someone else, I stepped out expecting to given my results and finish the rest of my visit. Instead when Susan gets to me, she says “Is there a problem?”, with an attitude. I ignore the attitude and calmly say “Yes, is there a specific reason I’m being seen outside?”. (The whole time I’m in the car waiting there are people walking in and out of the office.) So Susan gets in my face and says “You damn right there’s a reason.” So I ask her who she’s talking to. As a patient I don’t expect to be spoken to like that. So Susan starts yelling about how I’m fired from the practice and I won’t be seen there anymore. She also threatens to call the police, all while being in MY FACE. Needless to say I didn’t receive my Covid results or get any answers to why I was there in the first place. I have NEVER been spoken to or treated like this by a “professional”. I work in the medical field and know that me being seen outside is a violation. Anyone could have been listening or watching, that’s a HIPPA VIOLATION. I highly do not recommend this practice.

The absolute best care I've ever encountered. I didnt really trust previous doctors I had seen but after moving to Easton and meeting everyone, Susan and all the staff members I not only trust her I follow all directions. Yes, I've put my $29.00 (lol) medical degree away now. Seriously I've been going there for 14 years and have had the best care. I mention a couple symptoms, Susan sits back and says lets try this, bloodwork whatever she thinks I need and is always right solving the problem. Wierd things too like rocky mountain tick fever....whoever heard of that. I must have missed that class when I got my degree. Really all at Family Care are awesome. I am truly blessed to have met them all.

I went in to get a prescription refill and had the most thorough physical ever. Dr. Christina Warden was informative, compassionate and punctual.

Ridiculous hours. Closes early every day, not open on Thursdays & only open until 12 on Fridays. It's a bit difficult to get help if they are gone more often then they are there!
