This is a long-overdue review and I can't say enough about the exceptional quality of braiding by Tiffany at Melanin Hair Studio! Tiffany uses only the best products and genuinely cares about proper hair care. I have never had braids that didn’t immediately hurt upon installation or take days to "loosen up." Her technique for knotless braids is simply unmatched, and I am so grateful I found her when I did.

Tiffany is amazing! She has been doing my hair for a while, and my hair has grown to be healthy from her care. She has a wide knowledge on natural hair care and she applies this knowledge when braiding hair. She’s very gentle and her braids are tension free. She’s the only person I allow to touch my hair. I can’t really see myself going to anybody else.
Tiffany is an amazing stylist! Her attention to detail when braiding is professional and her willingness to discuss styling options with you is so very appreciated. Moreover, Tiffany is always open to accommodating the client where appropriate. Lastly, Tiffany is nice and kind which are important traits for a stylist.
