We had a water leak involving garage and rec room. Service master came. Checked out drywall in both areas, detected moisture/mold in both. Removed drywall and carpet in affected areas and installed drying units. They called every day to set appointment to come to check dryness for eight days until finally dry. Men were very courteous, polite, and knowledgeable of their job. 100% recommend ServiceMaster of Allegany County!!
Very responsive to water pipe break in bathroom. Thorough inspection of damage. Checked with me daily through the process of abatement. Highly recommend! Chris and the team were great. A big shout out to Darius!!
We had a water line burst and flood basically our entire basement. I called first thing in the morning after calling insurance. The crew was out only and hour or two later after finishing another job. They were quick and thorough and walked me through the whole process. The crew was very professional and told me everything to expect. The follow up crews we're just as good and communicated what I needed to know in regard to how long to expect the fans and dehumidifier to run. What to expect for next steps with rebuild, among other information.
