The roofing contractor was highly recommended by home advisor, arrived promptly for appointment to evaluate roof leak into hvac system. Suggested roof maintenance for 1250 dollars that he said would take a few hours. I trusted him and agreed but was surprised to find that he was done in barely an hour. Made me wonder if he overcharged enormously or did not do the maintenance as effectively as he said he would. Overall, a big disappointment!
