Biz came to unlock my vehicle because somehow my key ring slipped off my lanyard ring. He helped me look in the vehicle & around the vehicle. He took his time as I looked where I walk my dog too. It ended up being in another area I walked the dog when I came home at 1am in the morning from being with my blind special needs brother. I couldn’t believe I found it. I really appreciate the patience that was afforded to me.
I came in with a very unique problem; finding a replacement for a key my grandchildren decided was perfect for their Power Wheel imitation of my semi-retired, bucket list electric scooter. Who knows where those keys are now, bless their little hearts ….I probably have the only CSC Monterey in Maryland, and the four other retailers I tried didn’t even know where to begin. The Keyless Shop, however, tackled the problem firsthand - they did their research, came up with multiple ideas, advised I bring the scooter itself, not just the key I wanted duplicated, to ensure correct fit, and were very committed to solving my problem. The service was great the young lady at the counter was informational & very polite and the price I had to pay for my new key fob is the best in Baltimore. Everything opens up the way it should and has a warranty. I recommend them ... read full review
