The owner sounds very kind and gracious in print and as long as you go along with whatever she thinks or wants. Then later, or if you call her on being wrong, the woman is cold, nasty, rude, hurtful. She doesn't listen to clients and is genuinely just not a good person. There are also not enough products to choose from. Have a necessary favorite? Forget her using or attempting to get it. All of her sweet talk... beware of her nastiness later. Not worth using this salon. I'm never going back there. The proprietor is horrible unless you play her game. She is a takeover artist who will not listen to her clients about their own hair. Go to a better, kinder salon.Service: Hairstyling

My wife wrote as follows..."An excellent connoisseur! Was very attentive to my wants and needs after nearly a year of NO professional hair care (too afraid to go out during COVID). Provided much needed conditioners and trimming. Hair was extremely healthy when completed and was saved after I had neglected it for so long during the pandemic. Anyone that could bring my hair back to life must be a miracle worker and highly knowledgeable of their craft. I have visited Tamara many, many , years, so I was extremely comfortable in her hands. She was extremely observant of social distancing guidelines, face masks and continual hand washing; thus I felt very safe. Her customer service is excellent and she makes you feel like one of the family! It was raining "cats and dogs" as one may say, but she protected my style so it did not waiver. Provided information as to how to take care of my hair in between visits. It was a great experience and I'd refer her to anyone! You won't be disappointed! Along with her phenomenal skills, there's a fire burning to keep current of her craft while having a gentle and caring soul inside-you know she knows what's she doing while making you feel at home. A very happy customer indeed!"

Tamara, the owner, did my hair and I LOVED it. I made an appointment for hair color, wash, deep-conditioner and cut. I went in without any idea of what I wanted and left feeling like she surpassed all of my expectations. She not only did my hair but she also educated me on how to take care of my hair at home, to help avoid hair loss and thinning. I would recommend her to anyone!! :)

Originally I had a great experience in the chair although I did feel pressured to get a lighter color and longer cut than I was planning, and I asked for a full head of highlights and she hand painted (I did not ask for and was not asked if this option was OK) which led to bleeding throughout my hair and what I feel to be over processing.I get home and my finance and I both (and it takes a lot for him to notice anything) found a lot of blue all throughout my hair and the stylest knew it was there per our phone conversation, however she still let me walk out of the salon with the blue in my hair.I texted her pictures and chose to call her. She told me she knew it was still blue and said it would wash out. I didn't pay $300 to wash blue out of my own hair. I was extremely distraught that my hair was blue and regardless I did not want to go back to Tamaras salon after this.By the next morning (after I had showered and NOT gotten my hair shampooed only wet, which is untrue in her comment) my hair was yellow. Straight yellow.I was extremely disappointed at this point and I did not feel comfortable getting my hair done again by Tamara.I choose to go to another salon to get it fixed and get the cut fixed.I talked with Tamera who is the owner of the salon and she said she needed to process the information that I gave her about being so disappointed and she never returned my call or text message to come to a solution which I asked for half of my money back, as I wasn't comfortable going back into her.I did not feel she was sincere when I spoke with her about calling back with a solution, and she did put time into the chair I did not want to hear from her. I will also be contacting the BBB.I paid over $300 for my hair and felt very sad and disappointed when I got home and when I expressed my feelings. Per Tamaras response, I did not once say anything about race as I have had styliest from all walks of life do my hair, and I am disgusted she mentioned it in her comment.I don't recommend this salon.

No, you do not have permission too use my images in any shape or form. What I will do is show up close images of how you did not correctly / not even come close to sewing in the hair correctly / and show why my hair was sticking straight out sideways on the right due to Tamara weaving the hair on the right side backwards instead of down. In conclusion I was mortifIed when I saw the pics of my wedding day. I have more to post from different angles & cameras. It is quite clear that the hair is sewn in at 2 different angles on the sides of my head. No bride wants to see this in her wedding photos after the fact. I have a slew of images of this Godawful weave Install that was less than substandard. A wedding invite and me not ever having a weave / not being able to see or know Tamara's work was less than substandard until I saw actual pics does not equal that less than substandard work was not done. Notice in her response she does not address her rudeness / bullying, or her greed / poor business practice of overcharging / not discussing & inflating prices / abusing her customers because it was witnessed. The person that referred me / her sister still goes to her. My referral was also grossly overcharged for services, & witnessed Tamara's unprofessionalism (applying treatments while I was asleep & cutting my hair without my permission then charging me for it) & bullying up front and personal. More wedding pics to come that show the right side of my hair sticking out grossly sideways. I can also post the pics sent to Tamara. Notice she does not mention the pics I sent telling her that I restyled the weave after my wedding....because it looked better than what she did. The next pics I'm posting will be from other cameras / other angles. The first pic Is me at my wedding & not taken by me. It's clear there's a hump sticking out of the right side of my head. The pIcs are clear and don't lie & directly show the delusional untruthfulness of Tamara's Claims of being a master of her craft.
