I LOVE sagelight! I think there's only two people that work here but the ladies get along so well! It's a small BLACK OWNED business and Dr. Renee is so sweet and peaceful! She really knows how to run a business so well. My acupuncturist is Tasha and Tasha is a holistic ray of sunshine! I just feel like she is the goddess of peace! I tell her all the time that I feel like I'm getting half therapy sessions and half acupuncture sessions haha! They do accept insurance and they do a great job calling to remind you of your appointments. The facility is a townhome that was renovated into a business so it can be tricky finding them at first. Sagelight Intergrative Wellness Center is a great place to get acupuncture. I go there every month and every time I leave I feel so rejuvenated and ready to do anything. On today’s visit I had some shin pain and now I feel like I can run a mile but over all i’m am glad to do this every month.
I strained my back and instead of taking the medication right away I booked an appointment with Renee. All I can say is that when I went into the office I was in pain and bent over but when I left I was upright and walking normally!! Acupuncture works!
