The PT and OTs provided great care. Towards the end, their attention faded a bit so I felt like I was going to a gym more than therapy. The front desk staff were friendly. The managers were unhelpful and rude. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
Had physical therapy at NovaCare in Columbia a few years ago, and was back again this fall, this time with Laura Flynn. I can't stress enough how caring and knowledgeable Laura is, and I am very grateful to her for how well my recovery went. I highly recommend both this facility and Ms. Flynn.
