Our several townhouses in our condo community had damaged downspouts. We received a very reasonable, prompt estimate from Blue Ladder after obtaining outrageous estimates from other contractors. Maz kept me informed by text about when he would arrive to do the work and did a very professional job, keeping the work sites clean. I found Maz by chance on a local neighborhood site when I was looking for recommendations for someone to fix a falling sink in the kitchen that we'd been dealing with for months. He was so responsive and professional that I knew we'd found our go to person for everything around the house. Since then he's been back twice... to handle a list of projects that we've wanted to work on from installing a bidet toilet seat and internal door to reinstalling shutters and fixing water damaged ceilings.
