This lovely holistic spot has a little bit of everything for everybody. They offer physical therapy, massages, facials, colonics, cupping, tarot card, reading, etc. etc... In addition to their services they also have a healthy food and juice bar on location. The place is beautiful, clean and serene. I decided to have a facial in a room that was rented by an aesthetician. She was great she took great care of me and understood what I wanted in my facial. Booking an appointment and paying was extremely easy. I'll be back to try some additional services.

I wish I would have known about this place sooner! A wonderful healing environment with a great little cafe, too. I went in and received the sacral cranial massage, which I leaned wasn't a regular massage. A new experience for me. It was incredibly relaxing, I fell asleep. When it was over I felt pretty good! Thank you to a very friendly staff and those delicious snacks and smoothies in the cafe. I'll be back!

Lovely, warm set up; cafe smelled great; email exchanges were swift and responsive; and service provider was professional, proficient, and friendly. The service started late; the room where the service was provided smelled rank; and it was hard to get someone to answer the phone. Would come back for different services nonetheless.

My 2 favorite things here are: HydraFacial with Scarlett She left my skin glowing and the experience was unlike any hydrfacial I've ever had! She provides an in depth skin consultation before getting into the facial. I recommend going platinum because you can't go wrong with an all-in-one experience to get cleansed, exfoliated, hydrated, and light therapy! She also provides a complimentary massage during your light treatment. Stuffed avocado at the cafe is to die for. Literally nothing compares. Honestl I can't explain it just go try it.

I went there for a colonics treatment and was greeted pleasantly by Jasmin... did the treatment and was somewhat satisfied with the session (which had everything to do with my body) however other staff members were not nice at all. I was somewhat looking around when i was leaving and saw a staff member in the lounge, I guess. They looked right at me and never asked if they could help me or anything. Then I went to the front desk to check out... she never smiled or asked how my session was... I go to spas ALL OVER THE WORLD and they ALWAYS ask how everything went. She just spoke of the payment and then never said bye/have a nice day/kiss my a$$ nothing. She left it with "OK" and sounded really irritated. I do understand that every job have their ups and downs, but to take it out on a paying customer is just unacceptable. I really hope they get their act together.

Man, that detox sauna helped my skin look and feel so much better than before when my eczema was flaring up. I even quit smoking later the same day that i got the detox sauna treatment and I was smoking 8 to 10 cigarettes a day.

Jessica is great. The best massages I've ever had. She is friendly, clean and professional. I really enjoy my massages and feel like a new person afterwards. Nourishing Journey also has a very nice cafe. The smoothies are delicious. They also have good sandwiches and desserts. I can't recommend Jessica enough.

I love AAA Physical Therapy. I started coming here in November with shoulder pains. When I tell you the pain is gone. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They understand my needs and goals. They listened to me when I was pain. They figured out an action plain to best sort my injury. Thank YOU AAA Physical Therapy for everything.
