AA Twins Plumbing (Dewayne and Don) talk a good game but have been giving my 76 year old mother the runaround for the past 11 months after she paid $3,500 to fix a groundwater problem. Yard still flooding! Countless promised and then missed appointments. Very disappointing!

PLEASE AVOID AA Twins Plumbing at ALL costs! My elderly parents had a leak at their home. We pay for insurance through HomeServe, which services WSSC customers. This company is located in Clinton, MD and unbeknownst to me my neighbor. AA Twins Plumbing was contracted via HomeServe to complete the repair work at my parents home. They did not show up on time or when scheduled. There was always some rationale as to why they did not show up or were late. To add insult to injury, they did not provide my parents with the appropriate documentation to include a work order and permit number which is required by the State of Maryland. They had to come three times in on month to dig up the front yard and replace different parts of my main drain. Also they missed their appointment to resend the lawn. I am still waiting for them to show up days later.Service: Sewer repair
