We called Zepp Plumbing after we found our water heater was leaking. They came out promptly, the technician was knowledgeable and spent the time to explain my system. The fix was easy and inexpensive (thank goodness) and the tech didn’t try to upcharge me. He also informed me of maintenance we should expect to do in the future and the approximate prices for those items, which gave me an idea of what I should anticipate (much better than getting an unexpectedly high bill). I will be using Zepp for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!
I had Zepp come out to my Mom's house yesterday and was so pleased with their honesty. Another company had told her the sewer pipe was collapsed and would require extensive repair for several thousand dollars. Zepp Plumbing came out with a camera and scoped the line. There was NO collapsed line and NO repairs needed! They saved her a lot of money! Would recommend using them.
Had an atypical/unusual problem with leak in wall related to external spigot. Called Zepp based on a referral from a friend and happy with fix that required some ingenuity. Eddy who provided service was congenial, competent and honest.
