We had a fantastic experience with Dave G. and his team. These guys can do anything. Chesapeake Home Improvement Group did much more than improve this house, they completely removed and built a new one! What impressed me most was how smoothly everything ran. Building a house can be stressful, but Chesapeake Home Improvement made it easy and enjoyable. They kept the project on track, worked with reliable subcontractors, and treated this house as if were their own. My screened in porch refurbish turned out better than expected! Communication was timely and professional. They stayed on schedule and were done in only a few days. Very reasonably priced.
Chesapeake Home Improvements was a pleasure to work with. Owner Dave was very professional throughout the project and we appreciated how he and his wife Dawn communicated with us each step of the way and worked with us to get a certain look that we were shooting for. Once we approved the estimate (which we felt was very fair) the team was here ready to go within a week. The builders Dave and Aaron are talented and experienced and worked through many days of rain to deliver the job to us in time for the spring and summer days.
