We had an incredibly positive experience at Thrive Animal Hospital during a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Our beloved cat, Buster, was in significant pain, and getting him into his crate was heartbreaking and difficult.
Nurse Cara was a tremendous support both over the phone and in person. When we were struggling to get Buster safely into his crate because of his unrelenting pain, she was calm, reassuring, and compassionate. During the visit, her kindness toward Buster and toward us meant more than we can say.

We came here on a Saturday morning after our cat Max experienced a partial urinary blockage the previous night, serious enough to get urgent care but not serious enough for an ER visit. This was the only place out of 5 urgent care vets I called that accepted walk-ins, and although we did have to wait a few hours to get the diagnosis and get checked out, it was absolutely worth it. They were thorough in explaining Max's crystal issue and what treatment options we'd have to consider if it didn't clear on its own with medication, and the price for the walk-in and ultra sound was in the $500 range, MUCH better than the $1,200-$1,500 we paid for the same issue... read full review
They took my baby straight to the back when we arrived all the staff was amazing friendly and cared about my baby. Came out and talked to me and actually listened to me made the phone call to my veteran so I didn't have to. Just all the way around a wonderful place if you need to take your fur baby to an ER
