We had an incredibly positive experience at Thrive Animal Hospital during a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Our beloved cat, Buster, was in significant pain, and getting him into his crate was heartbreaking and difficult.
Nurse Cara was a tremendous support both over the phone and in person. When we were struggling to get Buster safely into his crate because of his unrelenting pain, she was calm, reassuring, and compassionate. During the visit, her kindness toward Buster and toward us meant more than we can say.
Dr. Daniel was exceptionally thorough in his work up and communication. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and approached Buster’s care with real empathy and thoughtfulness. We felt heard, supported, and confident in the plan he created for us.
Even the front desk staff went above and beyond. One team member kindly lent me her phone charger when my battery was dying, which was such a small but meaningful act during a hard day.
We left with a clear plan and medications to help keep Buster comfortable, and most importantly, we left feeling cared for. We are so grateful to this team for their skill, compassion, and humanity.

We came here on a Saturday morning after our cat Max experienced a partial urinary blockage the previous night, serious enough to get urgent care but not serious enough for an ER visit. This was the only place out of 5 urgent care vets I called that accepted walk-ins, and although we did have to wait a few hours to get the diagnosis and get checked out, it was absolutely worth it. They were thorough in explaining Max's crystal issue and what treatment options we'd have to consider if it didn't clear on its own with medication, and the price for the walk-in and ultra sound was in the $500 range, MUCH better than the $1,200-$1,500 we paid for the same issue last year at a vet ER.
Special shout out to the receptionist Ashley! She was on her toes keeping us informed when the doctor was ready to return to our room, and her enthusiasm and bubbly energy kept our spirits up on an otherwise very stressful day.

They took my baby straight to the back when we arrived all the staff was amazing friendly and cared about my baby. Came out and talked to me and actually listened to me made the phone call to my veteran so I didn't have to. Just all the way around a wonderful place if you need to take your fur baby to an ER

I brought my dog Zeus here last night due to a dog bite from another dog. They were thorough, quick, kind & the price was very reasonable with the amount of care they had to give. I’d highly recommend.

Thrive Pet Healthcare is a great place to take your pet for emergency care also wellness care. They are a walk-in vet care and when we took our cat there we were taken in to see the medical staff immediately. They were very thorough in her exam and took great care of her. I highly recommend Thrive Pet Healthcare. Great staff wonderful experience.

Extensive hold times on phone, but emergency services were excellent, wish they were open 24 hrs.

My cat was seen at this facility. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke. They kept you informative about your furbaby. The pricing was a little high, however, they were very accurate with my cat diagnosis, and when it came to his care

Great and compassionate staff. Was seen and administered to on a moments notice. Really appreciated the doctor's through but frank explanation of circumstances and options. Would definitely return/recommend in the future.

I would do anything for my pets. My kitty Olive was not feeling well last night, so I took her to Thrive, and they took me in right away an hour before they closed. They took great care of her. It can be expensive but the practice offers ways to finance pet care if needed.
