It was easy to get to, easy to sign in. The staff were friendly always checking in to make sure i was okay. My time in and out was not too long just the test results took time to process. The room was clean and comfortable.
The gentleman at the front desk was particularly welcoming, pleasant , polite, helpful, and professional. His personality really helped when one is not particularly feeling well. He is the perfect person to greet people as they come in.
I was pleased with my wait time and the medical person that addressed my concerns however I still don't know what was wrong so that I can prevent an additional event.
I will follow you with my physician next week.
