Tried on 3 seperate occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are close by and each time disappointed. Unless you are a regular with someone who knows you, dont bother. They barely can accommodate walk ins and with this last one I actually left with a burn from someone scrubbing one of the sponges to hard and it's on my ankle since they weren't even paying attention. I also felt like I was in the way the whole time and what I was asking for was a problem.....(unless you have my number you will not find me, I only use my middle name due to work)

I stumbled across this salon last summer when relocated back to Baltimore. I've received a service from almost everyone and I LOVE IT HERE!! Oahn is my guurrlll ❤️I'm always happy to sit in her chair. She's very creative, professional and great at her task. If you're looking for a detailed pedi, book John. Tuute will keep u laughing and is great with specialty designs. If you're looking for a new salon... you won't be disappointed with Lotus!

I was not pleased with the service provided by Jason which is odd because I am usually very happy with his work. However, he rushed through my scheduled appointment to give his full attention to his next appointment. My scheduled appointment is just a valuable as the next. I returned the next day to have designs added but instead of apologizing for his haste, other staff members made excuses for him. I will not be returning.

We have been coming to this salon for two years now. The best techs ever. Emily did my hand make over today and it’s fantastic. They are great waxing and pedis. What can I say excellent service all around.

My daughter went in for a basic pedicure with gel polish and he charged her $75 which I think is a lot of money. We will never be back.

Lotus organic nails is a great nail salon with a great atmosphere, clean shop, and friendly staff. I’ve been going here for 2-3 years and never had a bad experience. Definitely would recommend!
