This was my first time getting physical therapy and the experience was wonderful. I restarted piano lessons a year ago and my right hand was cramping after practicing. Chuck Kreis was upbeat, easy going and always responsive to my concerns. The treatments helped, as did the exercise videos he provided. My hand doesn't cramp now and the dexterity has greatly improved. I have exercises that I will continue to keep my hand limber. As a Catonsville resident, I can walk or ride my bike to his office, which is a real plus. I am pleased to recommend his service.
My son came here to rehab a dislocated shoulder. We couldn't be happier with Chuck and Robert. Appointments were easy to make, the facility is clean and inviting, and we never felt rushed. Hopefully we don't need more PT, but if we do, we will definitely come back.
Kreis has done a great job helping me regain strength and range of motion after two different injuries. Chuck and Robert are friendly, attentive, and genuinely listen to you. I have been treated at the Catonsville location and it’s neat and clean, the hours are convenient, they’ll work with you to schedule your sessions when it’s best for you and email you instructions for exercises to do at home between sessions. I definitely recommend Kreis to anyone in the area looking for a physical therapy provider.
