Pilates has become my new favorite way to stay in shape and focus on staying healthy. All of the instructors are absolutely amazing.
Each class is always different and continues to challenge me-
I especially think the Cardio classes are an awesome workout!! Highly recommend trying one class - you will love it like me !!

Pilates is an awesome way to stay flexible and in shape. It helps regulate your joint movement, blood flow, and muscle movement! They also have free coffee days + snacks and spirit weeks to make it fun! I love the classes and Kara! 10/10

I recently retired and wanted to start some type of exercise program. A friend recommended Club Pilates. I took an intro class, and I am hooked. It is low impact and challenging. The instructors are all fantastic and fun!! I always come out feeling great!
