Kyle came over to look at water damage we have due to condensation build up from our HVAC unit. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to look over everything and rule out any other possibilities to what the problem may be. Gave my wife and I tips moving forward to address the issue. We hired American Home Values, LLC to rebuild the main structural support beams in our basement, and we are happy with the results. Our 1931 home had developed some bowing in the beams, and we needed the work completed quickly to meet a contract deadline.
