Meghan was well informed, polite, answered all of my questions clearly and in the context of our conversation she provided information she discerned to be important to me.

Avesta has made my ketamine infusion process anxiety free. Even before my first appointment, they were so helpful in explaining the process and working around my strict work schedule for my initial loading doses. Both the Bethesda and Tyson's location are welcoming and the staff works hard to make it feel like a safe space. Here is what happens during a normal infusion appointment:

    1. After you check in, you are given your own private room with a comfortable recliner & blankets, and they offer other services on request, like eye masks and essential oils. They also have an armchair in the room if you choose to have someone stay with you during the infusion.
