Dr. Ressler called me Sunday morning to ask me why I ranked my visit with a 1 rating. He was very combative and argumentative when I told him my reasons. He ended the phone call by stating if I have Charlie Weiss's cell phone number I can call him and Dr. Ressler ended the phone call by hanging up on me.

Zero professionalism and no way to run a practice.

Best of luck to him. He's running it into the ground and very sad after Dr. Weiss spent his life building it.

We had to have our cat’s tail trimmed to remove something sticking to it. The staff was compassionate and were able to clip off the fur that was dirty. Our cat was fine and always loves to go to this animal hospital. He is now holding his tail high and ready to play. Thank you Bradley Hills Animal Hospital.

I’ve been coming to Bradley Hills Animal Hospital for more than 20 years. While support staff has shifted over the years, the care has always been outstanding - well informed, caring, and supportive of both pet and human. I was always a huge fan of Dr. Weiss. Now that Dr. Weiss has retired, I was cautiously hopeful that Dr. Ressler would provide the same, reassuring care. He absolutely does! I’ve had two interactions with Dr. Ressler (annual physical followed by dental surgery). I’m impressed with his range of knowledge, his skills, his willingness and ability to clearly communicate concerns and remedies. He is warm, personable, and takes the time to know both patient and client. I have every confidence that my family continues in very excellent hands.

We have done business with Bradley Hills for the past 20 years. Always great service. Dr Charlie Weiss is a wonderful vet and has taken great care of our pets. Today we met the newest vet at Bradley Hills who recently joined Dr Weiss and his team. Dr Marcus Ressler is an outstanding addition! Very competent and impressive! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Weiss and the team at Bradley Hills. It is what a veterinary practice needs to be, knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and care that is tailored to the particular animal’s needs. Dr. Weiss was very generous with his time and addressed a lot of our questions and concerns. I wish we had known about Bradley Hills sooner.

I have been trying to enroll my puppy as a new patient for weeks. They keep saying the appointment coordinator will call you back and then they don’t. After calling back 5-6 times I am being forced to put this negative review. This is rude and unprofessional behavior and cannot be excused 5 times !
