The studio is always a pleasure. Everyone is friendly, and the instructors are clear and challenging. The get to know their clients and work to help them with any of their personal pilates challenges. There is something for everyone at Balance which is why I go, and would always recommend them.

I love Balance Studio! The facility is nice, pleasant and very clean, and Susan is top notch. Great pilates workout; I've done both private sessions and group classes - both excellent.

loved having Susan as my Pilates trainer. Super knowledgeable about Pilates and very caring to make sure I am doing the moves without injuring myself since I had a hip fracture a year ago. Excellent in every way! Highly recommend.
