Very pleased with AquaGuard team who repaired crack on cement basement wall. Even more impressed when a small amount of water reappeared after 4 years. AquaGuard responded promptly and efficiently to assess the issue and immediately perform a repair under the warranty. Walter provided excellent service in coordinating the service call - I learned Walter has many years experience in the field so a big bonus to have him as customer service contact. Eddy and team performed the work to assess the issue, determine the cause and perform a comprehensive repair. Chris, Sean and the entire crew were so wonderful to work with, as was his office staff! Any and every question I had was listened to and addressed fully, even going so far as to recommend a better way to address the issue than I had originally thought! Thanks!!

The technician was awesome, courteous and professional. He did everything I had requested. Tested and retested both of my sump pumps and the outside areas as well. Thanks to all of the technicians I had and the previous ones that have come before, I feel confident going into my basement when we have rain storms that I won't find a wet basement.
