What's funny is I was searching for another massage therapist when I found Lauren, and I'm so glad I did! She patiently listened to all of my concerns and I could tell as soon as she began that Lauren is very skilled. I feel better after one session and look forward to making steady improvement with future sessions.

I had never had a massage before and was hesitant to try it. I have always had a lot of back and neck pain due to old injuries. Lauren made this a great experience. Since my first appointment my posture has improved, my pain has lessened, and I feel more flexible. I highly recommend her.

I had a massage today with Lauren at Bel Air Massage Studio. This charming massage suite is located within a beautiful chiropractic office downtown Bel Air. It was super convenient with easy parking. But best of all... the massage... was amazing. Lauren made the entire experience very relaxing. I had some very sore muscles when I arrived, but Lauren worked through all of them and I left feeling like a new person. This was the best massage I've ever had! I will be back!
